4 August - 'CAPTURED' My Solo Exhibition @artgalleryonovens

My exhibition was hung today with the help of three wonderful ladies - big thank you to Sian, Joan & Jo for their assistance. I was so relieved after months of planning and constant painting and trying to dry the oil paint that the work is now in the gallery. Despite our new lockdown of regional Victoria to stage 3 restrictions, I plan to work in the gallery and hopefully some wonderful supporters of art will find themselves coming into the gallery to view & enjoy my work.CAPTURE

I am really looking forward to my solo exhibition and hope to welcome you all to the gallery.

Autumn Paste @ Art Gallery on Ovens X WangLaneways

18 July, 2020 - Saturday - Finally I became a street artist. Along with my fellow resident artists at AGoO and with Ronan Holdsworth's expert assistance we were able to paste our Autumn artwork in the Laneway opposite our Gallery @103 Murphy St. Wangaratta. This work is on show in the Gallery until Monday 3 August. Posters of the paste version of the original artworks, giclee prints on canvas are available for order in the gallery or through the gallery website - www.artgalleryonovens.com
Great fun!

4 June, VALE PHILLIP MESSENGER

I have just heard this week that former mayor and local icon who I painted on Steph Ryan's window, at the CNR Nunn & Bridge Street Benalla, died earlier this week.
